Water Street Studios is a unique location full of possibilities for intimate gatherings of all kinds and can accommodate up to 60 people. We are excited to help you plan your event and bring your vision to life! From messy workshops to secret casino night parties, this hidden yet central, basement location has a unique vibe for a memorable experience.

Entering on Water Street, the front half of the building is available for rent and is fully customizable. The space has two 12 foot redwood tables that can comfortably seat a total of 24 people. Stools are provided, chairs available to rent. There is also a 6 foot movable bar, 5 cocktail tables, and a lounge area you are welcome to use.

The back area opens up into an additional 2,000+ sq/ft of industrial space with exposed brick, cement walls and low ceilings. While there are no windows or natural light, the vibe is welcoming and intimate. This space is usually reserved for our resident makers but a full buyout can be discussed.
