Studio Workspaces

We have 2-6 studio spaces available on a first come first served basis. They range in size from 150 sq ft - 600 sq ft and are ready for you to make them your own. The dividing walls can be moved accordingly. Lock gates can be installed if desired to close off your space. Price is $2.50 per sq ft/month plus a monthly $25 membership fee.

Desks

We have 5 desks, each with a lockbox. Feel free to add what you want to make it your own! $250/month plus a monthly $25 membership fee.

What’s Included

  • Free rent until June 1st (building improvements should be done by April/May-make your space your own!)

  • All utilities

  • High-speed internet

  • 24 hour access via private entrance (please note-quite hours are between 9pm-8am unless we are having a scheduled event)

  • Large communal table to host workshops and events, meetings or just work/hang

  • Two lounge/seating areas with couches, comfy chairs, accent tables etc. to be used to meet clients or socialize/work

  • Small bar area stocked with complimentary beer, wine and n/a beverages to offer clients during consultations as well as give away during events

  • Large utility sink. You’re welcome to add a shelf with items if you’re a regular sink user.

  • A profile on our website & socials

  • Signage out front (if desired)
